The Newton Aycliffe site has 310 employees across the 160-acre site. The location is composed of 4 polymerisation plants, a power plant, labs, offices, compounding halls, a golf course, and a nature reserve. The plant produces PVC materials and 1 in 3 homes within the UK have PVC window frames from INEOS as they are the UK’s only PVC resin manufacturer. This site is Europe’s largest single plant for the manufacture of PVC.
UCS has been a preferred supplier for Ineos for over 15 years. In April 2021, INEOS requested a quotation for outlet installations within the offices of their Newton Aycliffe site. UCS provided a cost for the installation of Cat 6 outlets across two floors.
UCS completed the installation of four RJ45 Cat 6 outlets in October 2021. Two outlets were installed within the offices on the first floor and the remaining outlets were installed on the second-floor offices.
