UCS Technologies have recently acquired a new office in Scotland. The acquisition of the office supported the addition of four new engineers and a subcontractor to our fleet.

The new satellite office will act as a base for the new engineers and will be supported by our Middlesbrough branch office staff to ensure UCS Technologies continues to operate effectively.

This office brings a new chapter for the business as we expand our area of service to better serve locations that are further from our head office in Middlesbrough. Having an office further north means UCS are better equipped to complete future jobs with a team readily available within the vicinity of potential jobs within Scotland.

Director Paul Kidd discussed the need for the new office to fulfil additional contracts that UCS are undertaking, he stated ‘UCS recently acquired a team of skilled engineers to undertake key services for a major national facilities management team and power company. Our new office will support the key clients and the needs of our engineers. This office gives us a foothold and with endeavour will allow the business to strengthen in this region. There seems to be a lot of outsourcing of key services, as companies try to reduce costs and become more efficient. We believe we’re ideally positioned to act as key partners for end-user clients and services providers’

UCS Technologies wish a warm welcome to our new team members and look forward to the rest of 2020 to see what opportunities may arise.

If you have any questions regarding our new office or our services, please contact our head office on 01642 242567.
